Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Digidara, whether you're a business using Digidara (a "Customer") or someone who messaged a business on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger and was answered by a Digidara-powered AI agent (an "End User").

If you're a Customer (business account)

• Disconnect a channel — go to that channel's automation page in your dashboard and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access token for that WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger connection from our database.
• Delete a lead — remove an individual captured lead (name, email, phone, conversation history) directly from your Leads page.
• Delete your whole account — email digidaratechnologies@gmail.com from your account's registered email address requesting account deletion. We permanently delete your account, all connected channel tokens, agents, knowledge base content, conversations, and leads within 30 days, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.

If you're an End User (you messaged a business)

If you sent a message to a business that uses Digidara and want your conversation and any details you shared (name, email, phone) deleted, email digidaratechnologies@gmail.com with:

• The business name or account you messaged (e.g. their Instagram handle or WhatsApp number)
• The phone number, Instagram handle, or email you messaged from
• Roughly when the conversation happened

We'll verify the request and delete the matching conversation and any captured contact details within 30 days. Because we act as a data processor for the business you messaged, we may also notify that business of your request where required.

What gets deleted

Message history, captured name/email/phone/custom fields, lead records, and any channel access tokens tied to the account or conversation in question. Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you are not affected.
