1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Digidara, a product of Digidara Technologies ("Digidara", "we"). By creating an account or connecting a channel, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Digidara lets you configure an AI agent, connect it to your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and/or Messenger, and manage the conversations and leads it generates. You're responsible for the content and configuration of your own agent(s), including any knowledge base material you upload and any rules or system prompt you set.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to connect any WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Page/Messenger account you link to Digidara.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Digidara to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through any connected channel
- Impersonate a person or business you don't represent
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms or the terms of any connected channel
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content to a knowledge base
5. Third-party services
Digidara relies on OpenAI to generate AI replies and on Meta's APIs to send/receive WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger messages. Availability of these features depends on those providers; we're not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
6. Data

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Digidara is provided "as is." AI-generated replies may occasionally be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing your agent's configuration and knowledge base to reduce this risk. To the extent permitted by law, Digidara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Digidara and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
