Digidara ("Digidara", "we", "us") is a product of Digidara Technologies, based in India. Digidara lets a business connect its website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger accounts to an AI assistant that answers customer questions and captures leads. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
This policy applies to two kinds of people: (a) business owners who sign up for a Digidara account ("Customers"), and (b) people who message a Customer's connected channel and are answered by that Customer's AI agent ("End Users"). We are a data processor on behalf of our Customers for End User conversation data — the Customer decides what channels to connect and what their agent is allowed to do.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use conversation content for advertising.
We share data only where necessary to run the service:
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
We retain conversation and lead data for as long as a Customer's account is active, so their dashboard stays accurate. A Customer can delete individual leads or their entire account at any time; disconnecting a channel deletes its stored access token immediately.
Channel access tokens are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Access to production data is restricted to the people operating the service.
You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, your personal data by contacting us at the email below. See our Data Deletion Instructions page for the specific process and timeline.
Digidara is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16.
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially.
